Application Process

Steps in the application process:

  • Submit an application for admission an attach the following items:
    -Non-refundable application fee of $150
    -Copies of school records and standardized test scores from the previous two years (elementary and middle school only)
    -Letter of recommendation from a pastor or local church leader or NCA’s recommendation form [link]
    -Copies of birth certificate and social security card
  • Make an appointment for an admissions interview, which should include the child and parent(s).
  • Admissions testing may be required for elementary and middle school students.
  • The admissions committee reviews applications on a rolling basis and typically notifies families of admission status within three weeks of completion of all of the above.
  • A deposit is expected upon acceptance.
  • Students entering any Florida school for the first time must present documentation of a school-entry medical examination performance within one (1) year prior to entry and a current HRS certificate of immunization form. Immunizations may be obtained from a local Florida physician or the Collier County Health Department.
