Congratulations to NCA’s girls and boys track and field teams who won the league championship on Saturday, April 27th.  In one of our most successful seasons ever, both teams swept every track meet they participated in this year.  Additionally, the teams set of total of sixteen school records this year, many of which had stood for years before being shattered by this year’s track team.  The teams received the league championship trophy and they will also get a banner in the gym for their success.  The track team and coaches would like to thank our awesome and very supportive group of parents/fans who brought out their tents each meet and were a very important part of our great season!

On Friday, April 5th, NCA sent 36 of our best math students to the annual ACSI Math Olympics competition. 3rd-8th grade students from the best private Christian schools from all over Southwest Florida compete in a series of timed tests in the categories of “Reasoning” & “Computation”. The top 5 students in each category receive awards. Once again, NCA’s math students excelled at the competition winning far more awards than our small size justifies. NCA earned 14 awards accounting for 23% of total awards and 29% of the 1st/2nd places. That is outstanding considering the size of our school. Way to go, students!
